How do I start a return or exchange?
Please send an e-mail to hello@ottemis.com with your order number and your name to start a return.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order being placed in its original condition and tags. We are pleased to offer returns for store credit or refunds with the shipping label covered by the customer. If your refund is accepted, a 10€ / 15$ restock fee will be deducted from your return amount.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not met.
